IN MEXICO AND THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC

with more than 2,200 new rooms

PHILADELPHIA, PA – December 8, 2008 – Dreams Resorts & Spas, the upscale resort chain offering Unlimited-Luxury® to couples and couples with children, opened five new properties in December, announced Alex Zozaya, CEO and president of AMResorts, provider of sales, marketing and brand management services to Zoëtry Wellness & Spa Resorts and Secrets and Dreams Resorts & Spas. The record openings are part of the company’s aggressive plan to double the Dreams Resorts & Spas brand portfolio in just two years.

The new Dreams Resorts & Spas are open in new tourism regions of Mexico and the Dominican Republic. Property highlights include:

• Dreams Villamagna Nuevo Vallarta (December 1, 2008)
  The 229-room is perfectly located in the Riviera Nayarit’s breathtaking Banderas Bay, just north of Puerto Vallarta. The lavish resort features one of the most beautiful and pristine beaches on the Bay and magnificent views of the Pacific Ocean and Sierra Madre mountains. Nearby attractions include golf courses and a Turtle Protection Reserve. A selection of gourmet restaurants and bars, including the unique rooftop sushi restaurant and lounge, Gohan, offering 360 degree views are sure to meet and exceed guests’ expectations.   Perfectly located on a private beach 20 minutes north of ancient Tulum, and just 15 minutes from Playa del Carmen in the Riviera Maya, the newly renovated 305-room resort treats guests to crystalline pools, hideaway beach spots, the shade of palms and thatched palapas everywhere, dining options at six gourmet restaurants, four bars, and more. Those looking for added indulgence have the Dreams Spa by Pevonia. In the neighboring marina community guests will find a picturesque market, shops, a golf course and a yacht-filled harbor with playful dolphins. • Dreams Huatulco Resort & Spa (December 1, 2008)
  The first Dreams-brand resort to open in Mexico’s state of Oaxaca; this 419-room oceanfront property is located on Tangolunda Bay, the largest of nine bays overlooking the dazzling golden beaches and the sapphire blue waters of the Pacific.
