As Corporate Director of Groups, Ms. Sales brings more than 20 years of sales experience in the groups, meetings, and incentive sector. Her professional sales experience and extensive knowledge in this segment has led her to climb the corporate ladder and serve several executive positions within the travel industry. Most recently, Ms. Sales was corporate director of group sales for Sol Melia Hotels & Resorts, representing more than 350 hotels in 35 countries and seven brands.

Ms. Payne brings over 20 years of experience in the Meetings and Incentive industry with a majority of her experience held at the Executive level. She has previously held the Regional Director of Corporate Group Sales for Sol Melia for 8 years representing over 350 hotels with 4 brands and exceeding annual revenues of $10 million. Most recently serving as Director of Meetings and Incentives for Barcelo Crestline, she was responsible for Worldwide Sales.

Ms. Ramirez has over 17 years of experience in all facets of the hospitality industry, while focusing on the meetings and incentives in the last 12 years while she worked for an international hotel company with over 350 locations in 35 countries. Ms. Ramirez is considered an expert in Mexico and the Caribbean meetings and incentives. In her role with AMResorts as Regional Director of Groups for the Midwest, Ms. Ramirez offers a world-class commitment to her clients She is a member of the Mexico Tourism Advisory Board, MPI, SITE International and PCMA.

Ms. Martin brings a wealth of experience to AMResorts with more than 20 years in the groups, meeting and incentive market. She has been with Hilton International as their National Sales Manager for the Corporate and Association market and InterContinental Toronto Centre as the Director of Corporate Group Sales.  Before joining AMResorts, Ms. Martin was the Regional Director of Group Sales, Canada for Sol Melia Hotels & Resorts, a collection of over 350 hotels worldwide.
