When do my points expire?
Points will expire 18 months after the guest check out date. Please visit the Points History page to find out when points were awarded and expiration date for each.
Where do I go to redeem my points?
You can redeem your available points on the My Redemptions page on AMRewards.com.
Where can I find details about my points’ history?
Detailed information on bookings previously entered into your AMRewards account can be found on the Account Summary page. Please note that only the three most recent bookings from each category are reflected in this section. You may click on each tab to view all bookings under each sub-category: Points Earned, Not Yet Traveled, Under Review and Ineligible.
How do I enter a group reservation?
Bookings may be entered on the Submit Booking page. If you have made a group booking with a tour operator and you were given one booking number for all rooms, please enter that booking number and the applicable number of rooms. Please make sure that you enter the lead guest name as well as travel dates for that guest – this will allow us to locate the group and all rooms associated. If your tour operator provided you with multiple booking numbers, please enter each with the appropriate names and number of rooms for each.

Please do not enter the group name as the guest first and last name. If we cannot validate the name as it appears in the resorts’ system, your booking will be placed under review and it may take several weeks for you to receive points.
