Groups Promotion - Terms & Conditions

The Groups Promotion is valid at Zoëtry Paraiso de la Bonita Riviera Maya and all Secrets and Dreams Resorts & Spas locations for groups with a minimum of 50 cumulative room nights booked from April 6, 2009 until October 31, 2009 and meeting prior to December 23, 2010.

All groups will receive: one complimentary room for every 15 rooms paid daily based on double occupancy, $200 USD in resort coupons for each guest (some restrictions may apply), no charge for meeting rooms, 50% discount on set up fees, private check-in and check-out, hospitality desk equipped with phone and easel, group pre-registration, and services of group coordinator.

Additionally, groups will receive free upgrades to ocean view rooms and a bottle of champagne and fruit basket upon arrival in room for VIPs. The number of VIPs per group is commensurate with group size and will be determined with the resort during the booking process.

Groups meeting prior to December 23, 2009 will not be liable for attrition damages. This portion of the promotion is not valid for groups from Mexico traveling to resorts located within Mexico.

For each meeting booked, the meeting planner will receive a $250 meeting credit valid for future meetings held at resorts within the brand. The $250 credit issued upon group departure and is valid for 12 months after issue date, for use towards a future group booking. Credit can be used towards a group booking at the same resort or any resort within the same brand during the validity period. Credits cannot be combined and are to be used against services provided by the hotel.

At Zoëtry Paraiso de la Bonita, the $200 in resort coupons are distributed in increments of $50. This resort credit can only be used towards the following: any of the Zoëtry Experiences (Wellness, Lovers, Cultural, Gourmet and Golf), private catamaran cruises, treatments at the Thalasso Center & Spa (not spa product purchases), romantic private dining and specialty wine purchases.

At Secrets and Dreams Resorts & Spas, the $200 resort coupons are distributed in increments of $40, $20 and $10 and can be redeemed as follows: when using these coupons toward spa treatments, up to four coupons equaling $40 USD can be combined and applied per spa treatment; when using these coupons toward romantic dining, up to six coupons equaling $60 USD can be combined and applied toward a romantic dining experience; when using coupons toward bottles of wine, coupons cannot be combined, therefore one $10 USD coupon can be applied toward one bottle of wine. Resort coupons can be applied toward the cost of the room upgrade, however only up to a maximum of 50% of the total value of the upgrade can be redeemed.

Resort coupons can not be combined. Resort coupons are non-transferable, non-refundable, and hold no cash or commercial value. Resort Coupons cannot be applied toward: beauty Salon services and/or Spa product purchases, telephone charges, dolphin experiences, gift shop, boutique purchases, internet service, marina services and/or the dive shop, medical service, car rentals and travel agency services. Resort Coupons must be redeemed at the time of reservation or service. They are not applicable for tips, taxes, private functions and/or special events such as Christmas and New Years Gala dinners. Resort Coupons are not accumulative and cannot be combined with any other promotion or special offer. They are only valid during initial stay and cannot be deducted upon check out.
